Online payment

You can pay for your orders online with Visa, MasterCard (including Maestro). During the payment process, you will be redirected to the site of the liqpay payment system, where you need to enter your contact and credit card details and pay. After the payment process is completed, a letter with payment information will be sent to the e-mail address specified during payment.

When paying for an order with a bank card, payment processing (including entering the card number) takes place on a secure page that has passed international certification. This means that your confidential data (card details, registration data, etc.) are not sent to the online store, their processing is completely protected and no one, including our online store, can receive your personal and banking data. In case of a refund, the funds are returned to the same card with which the payment was made.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery - this is when you pay for the goods at the time of receipt, at your post office or through a courier. Payment for delivery with the cash on delivery service includes 2 components:

• Payment for sending your parcel from point A to point B, i.e. from us to you This cost depends on the size, weight of the parcel and the distance to the destination. Our company calculates the shipment according to the current tariffs of the delivery service you have chosen and does not make money on this.

• Payment for post-payment is a fee charged by the delivery service for transferring funds from You to Us!

After calculating the cost of delivery, you will receive an e-mail indicating the cost of the product, delivery and the approximate amount of payment for post-paid.

DELIVERY .

Delivery is carried out by the "Nova Poshta" service

We have clear and fast logistics, we try to provide you with materials on time and at a good price. For this, we have certain rules that must be followed for the desired result.

We accept payments for sending (Nova Poshta) of the current day until 12:00 on working days. If the order is urgent for you, try to make the payment and confirm it by this time.  

We provide free service delivery to the "Nova Poshta" branch, it is carried out once. If the parcel is not picked up by the customer for any reason and returned to us, you can pick it up from our office yourself or by calling a New Post courier yourself.

Cargo is handed over to the Nova Poshta branch from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. For reasons beyond our control, the cargo may leave the branch on the next working day. You can track delivery terms and the status of cargo movement on the carrier's website. Delivery in Kyiv is also carried out by the "Nova Poshta" company by courier.
